Who is caring for the caregivers?

What is it you REALLY want? What sets your heart on fire? What’s holding you back?
Women often care for others and neglect their own personal needs. Do you ever think, “I SHOULD be happy?” Let’s stop “should-ing” all over ourselves. Seriously. Your feelings are valid and deserve time and attention; you have the power to create change.
Do you find yourself feeling disconnected? Overstimulated yet lonely? Reaching for that glass of wine, bag of treats, or mindlessly scrolling through your phone in an attempt to “unwind?”
What if, instead, we could get curious about those behaviors, identify and honor your wants and needs, and design an action plan to create a life you don’t want to numb out from?
I work alongside women who are ready to create change and better their lives. Women who recognize they are worthy of more. Women who want to learn to prioritize their own needs, so they can live from a place of fullness, not depletion. I work with women who have wounds that need to be nurtured. Women who are holding on to coping skills that were once beneficial but no longer serve them. Women who are living under limiting beliefs that prevent them from thriving AND who are ready to create meaningful change.

Who is caring for the caregivers?

FACT, you can’t pour from an empty cup; believe me I have tried. As a momma to three and a lifelong caregiver by nature, I know how hard it can be to put yourself first. My passion is working with women who are feeling burnt out and stuck, but suspect they need and deserve more. You deserve to feel better. If not now, then when?

I am a licensed independent clinical social worker (LICSW) and skilled clinical supervisor with over 16 years of experience. I have worked in correctional, inpatient, community-based and outpatient settings helping folks impacted by trauma, depression, anxiety, and perinatal mental health issues. With loads of compassion and a fair amount of humor, I utilize a strengths-based approach to help you attune to your needs, challenge limiting belief systems and develop healthy self-care practices and skills to create an intentional life. I will walk with you on this journey. Together, we will use your internal strengths and resilience and my clinical expertise to create meaningful change.
